HOW DO I ORDER / HOW DO I JOIN THE TRIBE

Join the tribe & become a member. We care about our customers and like to stay in touch with you. We keep your data 100% secure. We like to keep you informed about our products, your orders, your shipping, returns, and monthly promotions. This is why we require you to sign up as a member before shopping begins.

Use the website navigation at the top of the page (SHOP COTURE, ORIGINALS, and BASICS…) to locate items that you are looking for.
Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable), then click ‘add to bag’. You can review your items by clicking on the cart button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your bag,  simply click the remove button,

 When you are ready to make a purchase, click the checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

*Please note this does not guarantee that the merchandise is available.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with all of the shipping information needed, including the tracking number.

Follow this link and you will have the estimated arrival of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service at contact@avanavietnam.com

Please be aware that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED THAT I WILL RECEIVE THAT MERCHANDISE?

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order,  you will be notified via email within five business days.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?

To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our emails through your e-mail provider.

You can also manage your email preferences by logging into your AVANA VIETNAM.com account.

Go to the ‘my account page and select email preferences. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to stop receiving these emails.

You will continue to receive transactional emails, such as order confirmations or shipping notifications.
